Todd A. Stratton is the Founder and Managing Director of Commodore Advisors, LLC  He began his career in retained executive search in 1995.  After beginning his career in both commercial  banking and capital markets, Mr. Stratton started his executive search career with Korn Ferry International.  From 1995 to 2001, he learned all aspects of the executive search business.  He performed work in numerous industries to include financial services, professional services, real estate, consumer products, industrial, technology, telecommunications, healthcare, and even retail.  Mr. Stratton left Korn Ferry  as a Principal in 2002 to help launch a boutique retained executive serach firm - Fiderion Financial Services Group.  After six years and outstanding success at Fiderion, Mr. Stratton has elected to form Commodore Advisors, LLC.

Mr. Stratton graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1988 and from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Business in 1992.

He is certified in Benchmarks^® by the Center for Creative Leadership.
